At Home Art Factory, most items are made to order to ensure the best quality, so please review the delivery details below before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 15–20 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the product and your location.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Egypt.

Deposit & Payment on Delivery

Depending on your order, a partial deposit may be required in advance, with the remaining balance paid as Cash on Delivery:

For Cash on Delivery orders above EGP 10,000, a 15% deposit is required.

For orders delivered outside Cairo and Giza, a 15% deposit is required.

For products with customized or modified specifications, a 50% deposit is required.

A 70% down payment is required for orders delivered to the following governorates: Monufia, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta, Beni Suef, Fayoum, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Aswan, and Luxor.

Installation

Please note that installation service is not available. Self-installation items (such as TV unit shelves, bathroom storage, wall clocks, tableaux, and regular shelves) are not covered by our assembly service.
